The 2023 West Zone Meet was held on 20th May 2023 at Kohinoor Continental Hotel, Andheri East, Mumbai. It was attended by 64 companies of western region and 124 members from these companies made it a grand event witnessed till date.

AIDC West Zone meet was a Huge Success
The meet started with Presidential address. The President of the association – Mr. Ajay Sharma from Karan Marking Systems Pvt. Ltd. extended his heart felt welcome and expressed his sincere gratitude to one and all members for their august presence.
Moving forward there was a key note presentation done by Mr. Anil K Jain from Best Barcode Systems Pvt Ltd. Mr. Jainis the training vertical head of the association. He delivered a detailed presentation on SaaS and Rfid. He spoke on thetechnology and the used cases where it can be deployed.
Next in queue was Mr. Jayant for Armor India Coding and Imaging Supplies. Mr. Jayant talked about different types of ribbons and their benefits for different verticals sold by their company here in India.
Mr. Mandar Damle representing Nice Labels Packaging Pvt. Ltd, delivered a note on the software being used by his company with its features and benefits and how even the software is moved on cloud for easy deployment.
Our next sponsor from Print graph Converting Machinery LLP did their presentation on different machineries available with them for digital printing with their benefits
Mr. Jitender Jolly, our sponsor’s representative from TSC Printonix Auto Id Technologies Pvt. Ltd. showcased his company new products on offer for liner less printing where our industry is moving forward.
Ms. Swati Singh from Swash Paper tech Pvt Ltd discussed about having an e-comm platform wherein any member can buy labels online.
Mr. Anand Singh Shekawat from Raj Industries presented on the Godex range of printers with their benefits.
Moving Forward, Ms. Geera Vyas from the Ethics Vertical handed over our first AIDC membership card and AIDC certificate to our President Mr. Ajay Sharma. After the conclusion of all the presentations from our sponsors, Mr. Manjit Gandhi –Vice President (West) gave a vote of thanks to all the members present and thanked them for making the event a memorable one. The vote of thanks was followed by dinner and cocktail
During the dinner, the members had a very fruitful discussion and exchange of ideas among themselves and were truly benefitted by networking among group members.
